US hypixel skyblock shop Sales Report: 2014 Proof Silver Eagle Debuts

The latest weekly United States Mint numismatic product sales report includes the debut figures for the 2014 Proof American hypixel skyblock shop Eagle and the 2014 America the Beautiful Quarters Silver Proof Set.

The individual 2013 Proof Silver Eagle went on sale at the US Mint on January 23, 2014. The coins are struck in one troy ounce of .999 fine silver at the West Point Mint and carry the “W” mint mark. With the decline in sales for the traditional annual sets, the Proof Silver Eagle has come to represent the US Mint’s most popular numismatic product as measured by unit sales volume.

Through the reporting date of January 26, sales have reached 307,378 units. This represents a stronger start than the prior year, when sales had opened at 258,860 units. A possible contributing factor to the better opening may have been the US Mint’s 10% discount applied to orders placed through the subscription program.

Also making its debut on this week’s report is the 2014 America the Beautiful Quarters Silver Proof Set. This product contains the year’s five different quarters struck in a composition of 90% silver. From the start of sales on January 21 through the reporting date, sales have reached 46,634 units. This was a slower start than the prior year when 61,181 units had been ordered during a comparable period.

Sales for the recently released 2014 Civil Rights Act of 1964 Silver Dollars continue to creep along. The weekly sales of 9,265 units across proof and uncirculated versions have brought the cumulative total to 47,536. The pace of orders may decline after the introductory pricing period concludes on February 3, 2014.

The individual one-half ounce 2013-W Proof Gold Eagle has now sold out at total reported sales of 4,824 units. Since the four coin proof set option previously sold out, this coin is no longer available for purchase from the US Mint in any format. The only 2013 Proof Gold Eagle product which still remains available for sale is the individual one-quarter ounce coin.

Great Smoky Mountains National Park Quarter

The Great Smoky Mountains National Park, located on the Tennessee-North Carolina border, was originally chartered by the U.S. Congress in 1934, and was dedicated by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt in 1940. Its namesake mountain range is part of the Blue Ridge Mountains, which in turn is a division of the Appalachian Mountain chain. The area was used in part as a set for the 1955 Disney movie, Davy Crockett, King of the Wild Frontier.

The 2014 Great Smoky Mountains National Park Quarter depicts a split-rail fence and a log cabin similar to those present in the park, set in front of a tree line at the foot of the mountain range. Also included in the design are the incused phrases “Great Smoky Mountains”, “Tennessee”, and “E Pluribus Unum”, as well as the date of issue. The coin will represent the first issue of the United States Mint’s America the Beautiful Quarters Program for 2014 and the twenty-first release within the program overall.

The Great Smoky Mountains quarter will be available from the U.S. Mint in the following products:

in 2-roll sets from the Philadelphia and Denver mints

in 3-roll sets from the Philadelphia, Denver, and San Francisco mints

The design will also be released as part of the America the Beautiful Five Ounce Silver Uncirculated Coins.

The United States Mint will join National Park Service officials and hundreds of local area school-aged children at 10:00 am on January 29, 2014, to launch the new quarter. The ceremony will take place at the Mills Auditorium – Gatlinburg Convention Center, 234 Historic Nature Trail, Gatlinburg, TN 37738. Following the ceremony, the public can exchange their currency for $10 rolls of new Great Smoky Mountains National Park Quarters.
